Note From TheraBoost Founders

We are psychologists who love therapy. We believe those who go to therapy are often some of the healthiest people because they spend time working on understanding themselves, the world around them and are active in accomplishing their goals to live the life they imagine.

We met in our doctorate programs at the very beginning of our careers. As psychotherapists with over twenty years of experience, we saw what was missing in the therapy process…. that link between leaving a therapy session and holding onto the take-a-ways, continuing the progress made in session by having tools and techniques at your fingertips and then coming into the next session prepared.

We, with our strong partnership and our team of brilliant clinical minds who we have worked alongside of us at our group practice are the ones to solve this problem and we figured out a way to continue the progress of therapy in-between sessions.
